<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">Le ciambelline al vino sono semplicissime, una delle prime ricette che ho realizzato! Possono essere fatte con vino bianco o rosso o, ancora meglio, la Vernaccia, tipica delle mie parti che le rende davvero super buone! Vedrete, spariranno come ciliegie!</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color"><em>Ingredienti </em></p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">80 ml di olio</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">120 ml di vino</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">120 gr di zucchero semolato (più altro per la copertura)</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">380 gr di farina 00</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">In una ciotola unire tutti gli ingredienti fino a formare una palla. Prelevare un pezzetto di impasto e formare la ciambellina, poi passarla nello zucchero semolato in più per la copertura. Cuocere in forno a 160 C° per 25-30 minuti, fino a doratura. Fate attenzione perché una tira l&#8217;altra e già il profumino dal forno vi inebrierà!</p>
