<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">Mi è arrivata una cassa piena di arance siciliane, quindi non potevo non utilizzarle per un dolce! Una soffice torta da forno farcita e decorata con marmellata di arance e scorzette caramellate! Non vi dico il profumo che veniva dal forno questa mattina!</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color"><em>Ingredienti (per uno stampo rotondo da 24 cm)</em></p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">250 g di farina 00</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">50 g di farina di mandorle</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">230 g di zucchero semolato</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">100 ml di olio di semi di girasole</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">120 ml di latte</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">3 uova</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">un&#8217;arancia non trattata (e una per la decorazione)</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">una bustina di lievito</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">marmellata di arance</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">miele q.b.</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">zucchero semolato q.b. per la decorazione</p>



<p class="has-text-color has-black-color">Iniziamo lavando bene un&#8217;arancia e tagliandola a spicchi. Frullare con il frullatore ad immersione gli spicchi d&#8217;arancia insieme all&#8217;olio e al latte. Poi unire le uova e lo zucchero e frullare ancora. Aggiungere la farina 00, la farina di mandorle e la bustina di lievito e mescolare con una frusta a mano o con una spatola. Versare in uno stampo rotondo dal diametro di 24 cm e cuocere a 180° per circa 45 minuti (fare prova stecchino). Una volta fredda tagliare a metà e farcire con la marmellata di arance. Ricoprire con l&#8217;altra metà e cospargere la parte superiore con la marmellata di arance, a cui avremo aggiunto un cucchiaino di acqua calda per ammorbidirla. Mettere in un pentolino un cucchiaio di miele e uno di zucchero semolato, far sciogliere e aggiungere le scorzette di arancia tagliate fine fine (oppure delle fette di arancia, come preferite, io le ho fatte entrambe). Far cuocere qualche minuto, togliere dal fuoco, far freddare e decorare la torta a piacere.</p>
